b) Local installation of Pygmalion AI

• Download Pygmalion AI notebook from GitHub.

• Run the notebook to install Pygmalion on your computer.
• Once the installation is complete, you can run Pygmalion AI locally on your computer. Please note, these instructions/method are for installing Pygmalion AI on a computer with a CPU. If you have a GPU, there may be other instructions for installing the AI.

Pygmalion AI itself does not provide a direct way to create characters in the app. Instead, users can generate characters in a supported format, such as JSON or character map image files, through third-party vendors, and then import them into Pygmalion AI. Some tools are suitable for this purpose, such as an AI character editor. In it, you create your own character following these steps:

1. Open the AI Character Editor.

2. Select the option “Create a new character” or load an existing character. 3. Select the Pygmalion format from the list of supported formats.

4. Add character information by filling in the appropriate fields.

6. Click the “Save” button to output the character in JSON format.
